Turn-Around Time: Please allow approximately 4 weeks creation time, plus shipping time. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Expediated shipping options may be available for an additional charge.

Guarantee: We want you to be satisfied with your product! Each item is hand painted personally for you. Unless the item is incorrect or damaged, we cannot accept returns for personalized items. We cannot be held responsible for something ordered in error. Check your order carefully!!

Notes: Because each piece is a unique piece of art you can expect slight variations which add to the uniqueness of your piece. If you know you will be ordering coordinating pieces at a later date, please let us know so that we can keep a record of the exact paints used in order to match future requests.
